I want to address my case to the Canadian Council of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for help. Can some one please let me know how make complaint to a service provider on theri products through the BBB ? Rogers company told me the service plan would be the same as the old one except call air time but after I agreed to take the new plan and everthing are not the same as the old one.
