Is there an opposite of this type of Sony Ericsson cable?

I was wondering if there is an opposite to this type of cable:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-ericsson-Headset-Speaker-Adaptor/dp/B004S6VSW6
so a female Sony Ericsson input cable and a male 3.5mm jack?
