I dont remember his name but a South Korean has been sending thousands of pro-democracy leaflets into North Korea in air balloons.
If you look up the leaflets he's sending you'll see he's sending bunches of leaflets in each balloon & the balloons are big & have writing on them. They probably got shot down by NK forces & the leaflets were probably disposed of.

I think he should use smaller balloons in bigger numbers that are sky camouflaged & they should have one leaflet each & include the cheapest type of pistol they could make so the people can fight back.
