I was fired from my employer after 2 months for being sick.I was at work every day except 3 days. I had strep throat then tonsillitis. During the process of my termination I reported sexual harassment. I was unaware that I would be fired so never got a chance to do it that day and feared for my job. The woman at eeoc stated that with me being sick all the time it could have something to do with my low immune system which is a disability to the eeoc.

They spoke with the witnesses that heard him make the remarks regarding my breast and body and all the company did was write him up. He did admit to it. This incident occurred more than 3 times. Do I have a case, if so is it a strong case.
