I am a veteran Photoshop user and quite frankly blown away by this. I have been stopped dead for three hours because the Drop Shadow and Inner/Outer glow have stopped working. They produce no result. Changing image type, format, restart, different file, anything doesn't fix it. The problem started when I tried to apply a Drop Shadow to a PDF. Since then, these features are gone.
