Ok this is what I've eaten today:

2 cheese & bacon rolls with thick butter, mashed potato (breakfast)

lunch was a muesli bar, cheese and crackers, vanilla milkshake

dinner was cheese/spinach roll, chicken & corn noodles and 2 crumpets

after dinner I had wedges with sour cream

I've also had half a family size mudcake and like a litre of apple juice

HELP !! I eat when im stressed / mad / depressed or whatever & cant stop!

Im 19 and weigh 64 kilo's and Im only 5'7

2 years ago I was 52 kilos, then I went up 2 68 and now 64

How can I get my mind off food ?
