.. I can only give you few details of it since I don't remember much.. but it is not STREET FIGHTER..
..its sort of like it gameplay wise..
it came out around that time.. maybe it was on sega or snes
I remember having this dude(I think he was bearded guy) when ever he did this punch his hand would get extra big to the size of the guy itself..
also it had a stage or venue where it was like a boxing ring..but the ropes where on fire.. every time you touched it you'll get on fire as if you where hit by a Yoga flame from Dhalsim from street fighter..
