Is it strange that i talk to my self?

I talk to my self a lot cause there's a lot of things going throw my mind sometimes i talk to my self to solve the problem and sometimes to motivate my self.

I don't think it's strange at all. It can work as self-therapy to feel calmer about anything going on in your life. I often think out loud which can be interpreted as "talking to oneself".
