Hello
I am 15, female, 5'7 and I weight 65 kgs!
I am trying to gain mucle, in order to loose weight and fat!
I'll be going to the gym every Monday and Thursday from 6-8 pm; I think I'll only be doing mucle gaining workouts on these days and the other days cardio !
I don't want to be you know be bulky and really muscly, just nice toned muscles, right now it's fat Lols -.- !
Is 4 kgs dumbbells alright? I can work with them fine, or should I lower em!
How do I gain mucle on other body parts ? Like legs, stomach and the full body I guess -__- !
Any websites with good workouts or your ideas, tips and workouts are appreciated !!
