How do you reset the Kyocera Torino from metro pcs?

I know I know, Metro is a bad phone company, I really don't care.
My phone keeps automatically using "Search contacts by voice" And it won't stop! It interrupts all of my calls every 3 minutes, and hangs up so I have to call back. If I sleep or just have the phone in my pocket it will still do it, but it will keep doing it until i press cancel. I have gone through almost every setting, if you have any suggestions besides get a new phone, i'd love them. But I would really like to know how to reset the phone completely. There is no way to do it under the settings option and I do not know how.
