    limited service on unlocked phone...advice?

Hi, I'm trying to send my blackberry curve to envirofone as its dead...

I have an old samsung sgh b130 (cost like a tenner a while back) Its set to tmbile but I want to unlock it to o2. I unlocked it using the following method
    3. Input *2767*3855# and phone will reboot and will be temporarily unlocked.

    4. Input *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#

    5. Input #7465625*638*00000000#

    6. Input *#7465625# to check the locks....all locks should now be inactive as or similar to below:

    network lock - inactive
    subset lock - inactive
    sp lock - inactive
    cp lock - inactive
    sim lock - inactive
    activa lock - inactive
    phone lock - inactive
    auto network - inactive
    auto subset lock - inactive
    auto sp lock - inactive
    auto cp lock - inactive
    auto sim lock - inactive

But now it just says limited service with both the tmob & o2 sim in it it also has a phone icon with a red line through it
Please dont say look in the manual cos its an olod phone and i dont have it. Thanks
Also although it says limited service it has a full signal bar

& I dont want to pay for it to get done because its an old cheap phone and I only need it for 4 weeks

Signal strength has nothing to do with it, you will get a full signal even with no sim inserted and get limited service IE emergency calls only, whatever who have done hasn't unlocked anything and has succeeded in locking it out for T-Mobile as well, pay up and get it sorted.
