I work with this girl who always is a no call/no show (I believe she's up to 10) but they refuse to fire her. I'm the one who always gets called in to cover her shifts and I'm getting very tired of it. (I have begun to say no.) Well today I was called in early because she called in "sick" 15 minutes before her shift. At my lunch I went on to her public facebook page and well needless to say she is not sick. Shes partying.

My work does have a tip line for "code of conduct" and "other compliance issues." I'm wondering if it's worth calling in. I honestly doubt she'll change anything (maybe she'll make her profile private?) but I'm annoyed she gets away with this stuff! So, would it be wrong to call it in?
