can I switch my own Blackberry phone from Rogers ( pay as you go) to another server?

I purchased my blackberry Curve at Rogers and went on the Rogers pay as you go plan. Can I use this phone and switch to another server like telus, bell etc.

A GSM mobile phone can be unlocked to use with any other GSM SIM card only. Rogers is a GSM network. So you can't use your Rogers Blackberry with Bell or Telus as they are CDMA network operators.
If you need touse any GSM network other than Rogers you must unlock it using unlock code. You can get the unlock code for your Blackberry mobile either from Rogers network or from any trusted vendor online. For example you can get the unlock code from www.classicunlocking.com/blackberry/rs16wp8/ at low cost with easy unlocking instructions.
