When I started college I was super fit, like a superhero. But my coarse laod was so terrible I never exercised and ate junkfood all the time. I switched to dieting this semester and already lost 5 of the 20 pounds I gained last semester but I still have a gut, and hate myself. I used to workout in our garage alone at home so I didn't feel judged or watched. I'm just too embarrased now to work out at school because my new "boobs" might bounce when I run or my gut will show through my shirt, and if I only own two sweatshirts so if I use them to workout I'll have laundry to do all the time so I can't stay warm (I'm poor). What should I do?
