Recently I have become more aware of my weight lol and I wanna lose a few lbs, like 10 actually.. I'm a good weight for my height and age. I'm 15, 16 in may.. I fluctuate between 121.2lbs- 123.2 lbs i guesss depends what I eat and when I weigh myself lol I've lost 15lbs just doing more exercise than I have been doing before. I used to be so lazy and always at home on the computer, now I get out and do more with people.. lol I wanna start walking in the mornings after I eat n that, how much should I be walking daily or like every other day to start to lose weight? thanks.
