Low Vitamin D ?... increase of getting illness ?

Okay im literally freaking out. Today the doctor gave my blood results, and I have extremely low vitamin D. And i read online that it can increase the chance of getting other diseases. Tomorrow I will pick up my medication, that I will take the next few months. But im worried that while taking medication, something can develop in me or right now ?....

Can the medication help my immune system get strong again ? should I worry a lot ?

    Hi True,
Deficiency of vitamin D can lead to major illness so you add eat fish, eggs, cod liver oil and milk in your daily meals as they are great source of vitamin D.
