So I am over weight and been working hard to get it off at first I lost some weight I originally weighed 14.3 and went down to 13.9 but I have just weighed myself and I now weigh 13.11 I know it's only a few pounds but I don't want to put weight back on. I know you gain muscle but I don't think I have been there long enough to gain muscle.

I have a strict calorie intake and consuming roughly 1400 calories a day max. I go to the gym 4 times a week and try to do at least an 60 mins cardio work out each time, I burn between 600 and 800 calories per time and do one muscle training exercises per week.

I've gone to the gym so far 8 times, I know that's not a lot but I am consistent and determined to lose the weight.

So the question is, is my current weight normal from going to the gym?
