I have been wanting a toned stomach for YEARS.

I am a total work-out fitness freak and I am always doing cardio. I work out like 70 minutes every other day. I do sit-ups alot and I LOVE them.

I have a some-what flat stomach but it's not toned quite yet.. I would LOVE a toned stomach. Do you need a strict diet-plan, or should I be doing more intense abdominal workouts? Any tips?
