I want to make my own artificial flowers, but i don't want to glue the pieces together, because it'll be flat. These plastic thingies which i've been trying to research for days would be perfect as they allow the flower to be 'shaped' into say a rose.
It's not the stem part, but the part that actually goes through the whole flower and appears in the centre.
As long as i know what they're called, then i can search Ebay.
Thanks so much!
Hi ICU812
I actually watched that video a few days ago... One thing i was left wondering however, was how do the roses bunch up as they do?
I bought some artificial flowers, removed the 'rivet' thingamajig, and messed around trying to reform the rose shape but nothing worked like the rivet.
(sorry i'm calling it a 'rivet' i doubt that's its name but it's the only thing that comes close to describing what i mean)
YAY! I've found out that the bottom base bit (the 'star' shape) is called a 'Calyx', but still need to find out about the rest as all i've found are calyx cutters)...
