I weigh 350 and am 6 foot 2 with very broad shoulders (not really fat because I have been lifting some weights and trimmed 2 inches of fat so far and put on some muscle but I am definitely overweight.) I want to lose more weight and faster so I thought riding a bike would be good daily exercise.

So what kind of bike should I purchase and the brand for my size and weight?

Also what kind/brand of wheels/tires should I buy? (I have read that for someone my size a specific type of wheel/tire is recommend so I do not have to keep buying new ones but not sure of which ones to buy.)
