Ever since I considered meditation into my lifestyle, I've been really big about it. Learning about it, trying different approaches, finding different ways to control and let the mind be and even being creative about how to meditate. I know that meditation is a journey to find your true self but I also love meditation just as a hobby. I wanna come up with a meditation-similar technique that'll get me in a state of just being that doesn't involve controlling the mind yet being attentive, relaxed and enjoyful. In short, I just wanna be. Being the posture and bliss of meditation but just being kinda like how babies do. They just be but are just cute little bundles of joy. What's your opinion?
