    £12 sq m he can come and work for me that price,even in yorkshire thats dirt cheap ,a decent tiler around here usually starts at 25 sq m ,and thats for bog standard 6 inch white tiles no border...

    Anyway good luck with ,its a lovely house and i'm partial to bungalows myself...

    Nope, just the one that was recommended by the tile shop. Going to price around but it seems that £12 per yard isn't actually that bad.




    Had my brother in law up today for a nosey, he reckons it could be a lengthy job.

    Yeah after googling a lot it seems like £12 isn't bad. Im going to measure the floor area again though, I think he has overestimated a bit. Every yard counts!

    I know the feeling. I went to Ikea last weekend to pick up a simple bookshelf costing next to nothing. £400 later I was home with a lot of asserabling to do.
