    *228 ?

I have flashed many phones and always finished with *228 . Now I'm being told not to anymore because it will wipe out the flash ? I actually havent had any problems but is this why there's complaints of no wap or no mms ?

    *228 ?

On a lot of phones it will make the settings REVERT back to verizon wireless.
They are programmed when you changed the MDN to revert back to the default settings.. I can name a ton of phones that do this.

    U350 for example
    Nokia 2705
    Blitz
    Razzle
    Etc
