Can i switch the plan onto another cricket phone I have? And if I can does anyone know how much it will cost?

Yes, call customer care and ask to do an ESN change they'll ask for the ESN/MEID for the new phone and they charge $15. There are also merabers here that might chime in and be willing to help you at a reduced cost.
