Got it, and the mailbox IS cool. Haven't had a chance to really check out the other features, and not even sure what they all are just yet (I have the 2nd gen iPhone 3G). The download took about 10 minutes, and the installation, with backup and restore was another 35 or 40 minutes, but smooth sailing.

No issues with my upgrade so far. Except that my 3G is still slow as before. Maybe because of my Navigon app.
