Reactivating my Ascend from Virgin had the optimus nice phone but what good is it if service is down most of the day for the 2 weeks I had it did everything they recccomend hitting airplane mode off/on pulling out battery 4 times a day no thanks so I can save $20. Now been 2 days nuraber hasn't ported over to Cricket been calling got Supervisors yet hasen't work anybody have a direct # to escalations or porting dept prefer a nuraber in the USA
