Hate to break it to you slick, but even if Moody's doesn't do shit, our credit rating is already dropped by others. Moody's is fucking over their own reputation over this.

You don't say YES or NO before the nurabers are even out. That shows you are simply using status and politics to create a rating instead of actual figures.
