CDMA Workshop support is a joke

Someone please point me to a RANT thread before I pull my f****** hair out!

Just purchased CDMA WS 3.6, and total fail after waiting 3 days for software. Verizon SPC calculator does NOT freakin work!

Best part, I have a Motorola wx445 that I can read with CDMA WS 2.7 no problem at all... 3.6 fails to read the phone no matter wtf I do.

This phone has Verizon prepay SPC locked and I'm ready to freaking smash it I swear to God, never so frustrated in my entire life.

Edit: btw I may be a bit off topic but my frustration is aimed directly at cdma ws devs... no answer from emails asking why I can't read phone. 24 hr. tech support.. hah

CDMA Workshop support is a joke

After a night's sleep, I finally conquered this beast. I'll put together a detailed tutorial for reading SPC from Motorola Droid wx445 on Verizon Pre-paid soon.

CDMA WS never did read the phone, but you can still access it using the software.

The Verizon prepay SPC calculator did NOT work. I found SPC by reading RAM, dumping memory and using CDMA WS SPC test.
