Im 18 and 5'7 (170cm) I weigh around 62/3
but my goal weight is 55

I change weight about every week, depending on how regularly i exercise and how healthy i eat! i hate how my body adjusts so quickly

I dont eat much during the day but after school i sometimes have bowls of cereal and bread because im so tired from year 12

any advice on how i can relax, maintain a healthy body weight and loose some weight?
