My brain works at warp speed. I am a very fast moving person, always have been. I would think meditation would slow my mind down and for me, get me out of my logical left brain that seems to want to dominate, but it creates stress. I know for my blood type, the biggest stress reducer is exercise, IS this a form of meditation for me,? I know whenever I am athletic, my brain is much happier . The thought of sitting still and trying to meditate doesn't sound very " good". and I know the Blood type diet says exercise is my best form of stress reduction. so is it all about getting the mind to " Let go " ?
