    back up session failed

    HI! im new here.. need help on my iphone.. i cannot restore it from its back up.. i keeps telling me back up session failed. i tried a lot of times and still no help.

    back up session failed

    This has happened to me in the past. Try restarting your computer. Always worked for me.
