We don't take our best shooters and soldiers, train them ridiculously hard...and then when the intense missions start while 2 wars are raging.... sit them on the sidelines.
I've known a few, I've talked to a few, and we don't baby them and only send them on missions we think they won't have to shoot during. That's the point of picking some of the best shooters.

They're the dudes (our elite and best trained soldiers) we send on the hardest missions...and you think they don't get into skirmishes regularly?
