WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama on Friday will propose a $120 million package of new tax credits for businesses that hire U.S. veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan at a time of stubbornly high unemployment at home.

This won't create one new job. It gives preferential treatment for jobs to certain citizens. The thing is this won't help the current ex military who cant find work find work it will just give the companies that hire ex military that they would have hired anyways a nice monetary present from the government.
This is over 10 percent of the so called budget cut that the country almost just defaulted over. This is new spending. Fell good shit that does nothing at a time that we're broke.
