Can someone move a 60" high x 24 wide x 20 deep" 575 pounds item in a 2004 Toyota matrix (with seats down?)?

I figure if I have two big people in the back, they would weight about that, can the car handle that weight load.
Yes I should have written that, it will fit in the car when I lay it down, I was concerned about the car being able to handle the weight, not fitting it in but the load of it.
