Can i unlock a sprint or verizon iphone 4s to t-mobile?

I understand that the iphone 4s uses both gsm and cdma. But does that mean that i can unlock a sprint or verizon iphone 4s to t-mobile? Or can i only unlock an at&t iphone 4s for tmobile? Thanks for any help
