So it's been a week since my left shoulder has been hurting! When I move my arm, it's my rotatory cuff that gets a sharp pain and when I touch the back of my shoulder/ upper left back it hurts by just rubbing!
I swim 5 days a week and am on season for my swim team but my shoulder pain has caused me to become slower! Today I did pushups/ pullouts... Which I feel like made the pain worse!
My next swim meet is on Tuesday and then wednesday and I need to get good times!!! BUT HOW WILL I GET MY SHOULDER PAIN TO DISSAPEAR AND GET IT BACK TO NORMAL!? D: please help me!
