starting at age 7 i did every kind of dance imaginable pretty much. Starting with ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pom hip hop. then I did cheer until i was 16 and also did gymnastics for 2 years. I started out with an hour class once a week and kept adding and adding until i was spending 1-3 hours 5 days a week in a studio or gym. Recently I found out that I have high arches. Im wondering if all that toe pointing could have caused the high arches or if its more likely that i've always had them?
