my goal?

I do interval training, pole dance, and sometimes contortion (which is a hell of a workout BTW)

I switch off with vegan days or meat days because eating meat every day makes me feel nauseous...its too hard on my digestive track.

EXAMPLE DAY OF EATING:

Breakfast: Protein, super food shake

Lunch: Veggie (complete protein) salad--homemade dressing

Dinner: 5oz of chicken, 1-2 cups of steamed veggies, and 1 small yam

Snacks if desired: Kombucha or piece of fruit
