I got a new phone and it is bluetooth enabled. I don't have many files on it and I want to put a ringtone and a new wallpaper on it. Are there any good programs to download free from it internet that allow you to send files via bluetooth from a laptop to a mobile device? Does the laptop have to be bluetooth enabled for it to work?
