I'm over 18 and have a visa debit card, which acts as a credit card online, but when I tried to order my new phone/plan from koodo it says I have 'irregularities with my credit bureau' which I'm assuming means my credit rating isn't good enough. So my parents offered to let me use their credit card, but I'm wondering if you can be the 'account holder' on the selfserve part of the website if the credit card you entered has someone else's name on it? Apparently if someone else is paying your bill, you're called a 'subscriber' and can't change your plan etc on your own. Couldn't find this in the faq on the website!
