Am I a freaky dreamer?

I have weird dream behaviours.

Sometimes I know that I am dreaming when I am asleep. I can't take full control of the dream, but I can change my appearance and can sometimes fly/create objects. Occasionally I can change an element or two.

I have an "escape route" from nightmares via a trap door which leads to a "safe house", this house always appears roughly the same.

And I can "rewind" a dream if I want it to take a different direction. I do this in dream by rolling my wrists - but I can only do this once per "dream sequence" - like its some sort of odd rule.

Does anyone else do anything like this? Just curious!
Oops I forgot to add I know about the idea of "lucid dreaming" but was curious if others have experienced the same things.

Not so freaky. Because it happens to most of the people i think. Including me.
