    Health is Wealth

    we should eat fresh and healthy food and vegetables,
    which makes us healthy and also doing exercise...

    The one with the healthy body can live a long life. His/her life will be very happy with the healthy life. To be
    healthy we should not eat too much oily food. We should have balance diet food. We should
    only eat home made food. Being healthy is very essential in our daily life. To work and
    earn money we need to be healthy. There is one saying that "Health is wealth".

    If you want to lose weight then you should be addicted to the task and keen to complete the weight loss run, it ain't a difficult job to lose weight, just get addicted to games and exercise, Have a balance diet along with good weight losing sports like running, walking, jogging, etc...

    It's very nice thing because good food make a good health and exercise also help to keep your health maintained..
    Try to eat natural and fresh and try to make exercise daily as I have in my routine..
    I really felt my self fit and fine.. Thanks for sharing this..
