Montreal Police Commander Denis Mainville told La Presse: “We must check the clothing, the physical aspects. The French police will give us a hand.
“It would be very surprising if it was filmed before the murder.”
The other two clips also feature music – True Faith by New Order and The Great Commandment by German band Camouflage.
Police have highlighted that all three songs were released in 1987 although the significance to Magnotta, who was born in 1982, is not yet known.

It has also emerged that Magnotta left ‘clues’ to his ‘cannibal killing’ online weeks before he allegedly murdered Chinese student Jun Lin.
He is believed to have posted a video on YouTube, entitled Cannibal Serial Killer – Luka Magnotta, under another alias, Alexis Valoranreich, a month before 33-year-old Lin was killed.
The mystery user also refered to the ten-minute video, entitled 1 Lunatic 1 Ice Pick, which shows Lin being hacked to death, dismembered, sexually assaulted and eaten, 11 days before it appeared online.
The clip allegedly shows Magnotta in a purple hoodie holding an ice pick in his hand in front of a poster of the film Casablanca.
Body parts belonging to Lin were mailed to the two main Canadian political parties. More remains, believed to be that of Lin, were also sent to two schools.
Magnotta is now awaiting extradition to face murder charges in Canada.
