We have held our Bankers and Parliamentarians to account on their questionable expenses and bonuses. Perhaps we should also be scrutinising another rip-off from the Tax Payers, by the Legal Profession.
Abu QATADA's Human Rights Lawyers have been paid ?21 million in Tax Payers funded legal aid in the past 10 years.

A law firm, that handled the Miners Compensation scheme increased their earnings from ?182.000 in 2000 to a staggering ?23,273.256 in 2006, although many Miners were left with a paltry amount of compensation, after deduction by this Law Firm.
(This firm has now been struck off for serious professional misconduct)

We have looked at the Banks and Politicians, surely its time we did the same and see some justifications in their claims at the expense of the Tax Payers.

May I have your thoughts on this question, please.
Robert C...Nice to hear from you. Yes the system of legal aid has become an open cheque book for those that feed on greed on the basis of legality. Even our MP's claimed it.

Alan....Yes I agree with what you have said. The wording of "held to account" for the Bankers is way off the mark. It was purely to indicate that they are part of the rip-off society hiding behind what they call "legality"
Sorry mate.
Crow....Who can argue with that, you said it all. Thanks
