before i love sports i play badminton, swimming and a varsity for volleyball. but hen im in college didnt had time for those and gained weight. now my question is, will eating less (meaning taking out the rice meals, fast foods, junk foods, sweets) help loose weight? but with no exercise? because i tried jogging and it gets me ored even the gym, and i cant do sports because it requires team and or another player. only swimming i can do but seldom i swim coz we dont have a pool. so will it help or not?
