I am not very in shape right now, is it safe (like for my body) to start exercising this much once a day or do i like have to build up to it or something?
Here's what i will do once a day:
Cardio-30 min or 60 min (depending on how hardcore i feel that day)
Push ups -20
Run in place-30 secs
Burpees-100
Bicycles-Till it burns.
Plank- 1 min
Crunches-50
Squats-30 (Use a chair..This is how you get them done right)
Wall sits- 50 secs (2 counts)
Rest-5 min.
Kick Backs-15
Donkey Kicks-10
Super Man-15
Side Crunch-20
Russian Twist-15
Rest-3 Min
Carioca-1 minute
Jumping Jacks-10
Toe Touch-5
