Can eating a piece of bread with sharpie on it kill you?

I drew a smiley face on my step-dad's sandwich to get back at him for taking my phone away and put it on the inside piece so he wouldn't see it. Now my mom is telling me it will kill him. Will it? If so, how do I dispose of the body?
