Should I get a ipod 2g 32gbs or a Motorola milestone (droid) on att prepaid on unlimited texting....?

250 minutes of calling and possible 1gb of data. I will usually have wifi.

Extra Question:
Will the milestone work on prepaid?
Will the milestone work with temple run?
Will the milestone update to gingerbread or just froyo? &Will it update to 4.0?
