My girlfriend is on a healthier diet and I want to know if I can make my favourite foil recipes, which include salmon, white fish or chicken in foil packages for the oven, containing vegetables, herbs, wine, etc, then freeze them before cooking, so that she can just cook them as needed when she is too busy to prepare a meal herself. Is it safe to freeze these kinds of recipes and will they suffer in quality? Also, how long would they take to cook from frozen and at what temperature? I have only cooked them fresh before.
