Hello! I have just recently (as in, the past 5 days or so) begun to walk 10,000 steps a day. But I have a couple questions about it. First of all, does my speed matter? Will walking faster burn more calories then walking slower? I tend to walk rather fast, but it really gets me tired out.

Second, is walking 10,000 steps a day enough? I really want to get skinny fast but I don't think it's enough to just walk. What are some other (preferably simple) things I can do to get super skinny fast?
